If you want to get started, I can provide a free walk through and at the end of the walk through I can give an estimate for how many hours I expect to work to achieve your goals. That way you will have an estimate of how much the cost will be. I will receive a retainer upfront for me to work through. If at the end of my retainer you decide you want to hire me for another batch of hours, we can set up another retainer. During the walk-through (if you cannot be there in person we could arrange a facetime walk through) I will show you what I deem to be garbage, donation items or keep/sell items. You can let me know what items you definitely want in these categories and I can put a sticker on those to identify your wishes.

Services:

  • Organize cluttered rooms

  • Identify items for throw away, donation or keep/sell

  • Take appropriate items to the dump or donation site

  • Cleaning the room after the decluttering (vacuum, dust, windows washed, etc)

  • Boxing items and moving them inside the house or garage

  • Clearing hoarders houses (however this can only be done if the hoarder is not involved in decision making)

  • Assisting in setting up an estate sale or connection to a local realtor or probate attorney

  • Garage and yard clean up

  • Staging with existing items for maximum appeal

  • Destroying sensitive documents (additional fee)

Generally, I work Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Fees:

For myself alone, $50 per hour

For myself and one assistant, $75 per hour
